The Atelier agreement

1. Who can use Pictaway
You must be 16+ to use Pictaway. By uploading a photo, you confirm you are the person in the photo, or that everyone shown has given you explicit consent.
2. The free daily portrait
Every UTC midnight a new mystery destination drops. Each account may claim 1 free hand-finished portrait per day. Free portraits are standard resolution and include a small Pictaway watermark.
3. Paid packages and the 90% guarantee
Paid packages are delivered within 12–24 hours. After previewing your portraits you may accept, request a revision (objective issues only: face mismatch, distortion, wrong location), or request a 90% refund. Once you accept or use a revision, the refund window closes.
4. What you can't do
You may not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. We screen for misuse and will refund and terminate accounts that violate this rule.
5. Ownership
You own the portraits delivered to you. Pictaway retains no commercial rights to your finished images. We may use anonymised technical data (with no faces or PII) to improve the Atelier.
